Most organisations can tell you what disability inclusion activities they are doing. Very few can tell you whether any of it is actually working.
The Disability Inclusion Outcomes Framework (DIOF)™ closes that gap. It measures what your disability inclusion efforts are producing — across leadership, staff, and customers — and maps your outcomes directly to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
This is not a compliance tool. It is evidence that your disability inclusion is making a real difference.
The DIOF™ assesses your organisation through three lenses simultaneously — Leadership, Staff, and Customers. Most disability inclusion measurement stops at the staff. The DIOF™ goes further, capturing what disabled customers actually experience when they interact with your organisation.
Each lens is assessed across five dimensions: Skills, Knowledge, Attitudes, Behaviour, and Circumstance.
The result is a maturity score across all three lenses, a clear picture of where your organisation’s intent diverges from staff and customer experience, and a strategic roadmap for what to do next.
You run the staff and customer surveys using our expert tools. I run the leadership survey independently and deliver your Governance Scorecard.
Best for organisations that want to build internal ownership of their disability inclusion data while accessing independent leadership analysis and expert synthesis.
What's included:
Annual investment:
| Organisation size | Annual fee |
|---|---|

I run all three surveys independently and deliver a comprehensive governance report — the independent audit standard for board reporting and ESG disclosure.
Best for larger organisations, those with ESG or sustainability reporting obligations, or those that need independent audit credibility for board scrutiny and external stakeholders.

A Disability Inclusion Action Plan tells you what your organisation plans to do. The DIOF™ tells you whether it is actually working.
Most organisations have a plan. Almost none have independent evidence of outcomes. The DIOF™ provides that evidence, through a rigorous, structured assessment that goes beyond activity reporting to measure what has genuinely changed for disabled people inside and outside your organisation.

Ainslee Hooper Consulting was recommended to the City of Melbourne’s Disability Advisory Committee to review our Terms of Reference. Ainslee’s collaborative and thorough methodology gathered key insights, captured in a professional report that will guide the updated Terms of Reference. The Committee appreciated the professional, honest, and confidential process. I highly recommend Ainslee and look forward to working with her again.
